You can check out the same video uploaded to Google Video.

video.google.com...

However, the link i provided earlier is a source that i accidentally discovered when doing a p2p search using google.

81.72.14.47...

This site belongs the astronomical observatory...

the zip file not only contains the video posted on google but also analysis made by the astronomers.

If you download the original archived file from the source link, it contains an excel spreadsheet analyzing the size of this object among other things which i cannot understand as i am not an astronomer or anyway near close.

81.72.14.47...

This archived file contains the following files:

-070429-Unidentified-Object.avi
The main AVI file with almost all the observation data.
It is compressed with DiVX codec (www.divx.com) in order not to lose quaity.
One or two people had problems with windows media player while no problems with VLC
For macintosh users it is OK VLC too or Flip4Mac :the full integration with quicktime.

- UFO-Doublesize- Aligned.avi
A short sequence (300 frames) doublesized, aligned and croopped.

- UFO-DoubleSize- StackComparison. jpg
The stacking of the above mentioned movie with some gamma and sharpness variations.

- 070429-Unidentified Lunar Spot.xls
Excel file with all the data about the observation. The file is locked (except for the yellow cell) to avoid unwanted deletions.Type
the password "password" to unlock it.

- 070430-ReportSonda- Milano.png

- 070430-ReportSonda- Udine.png

Meteo data recorded the same night from the meteo balloons of Milano Linate and Udine.

- ASTRA sample Tracks.jpg
Image shoot by Mr. Stefano Sposetti representing the path of the ASTRA's bunch geosynchronous satellites

- 070429-h2252- GeoSync orbit tracks.png
The Moon position at the moment of the event (Starry Night Pro)

I wish someone who understands astronomy and astrophysics takes a serious look at these files and post their opinion.

THIS COULD BE REALLY GOOD EVIDENCE THAT WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR....ON UFOS

From the OP's download, heres the same video enlarged.
video.tinypic.com...

If we knew how big the crater was maybe that would help us with the craft size?

There is already an analytical spread sheet detailing the size of the object. much of it though is in astro speak not common english language.

and it points to the object size as 800 metres.

I think this is a definitive evidence of visitation by alien spacecrafts.

umm just looks like a black blob to me so how is it defenitive? Could be anything. If it is a craft it does not mean its ET at all... Prove to me that the blob is an alien spacecraft and il pay you $1000,000
