Edit to add: just fyi the 50 watt system they provide documentation for cost them around $3100 to build and is a pretty involved and indepth project requiring quite a bit of math etc to bring to life which will be different for each system, Operating environment, components set, and etc! I have other stuff which is much more cheap cheerful user friendly and etc which I'll happily share though if people want it.

Honestly for an application like you're talking about SCORE is almost certainly not the way to go, but there's other DIY systems you can easily build for very cheap which would very easily be capable of providing for the basic needs of a deer camp and a shocking amount of extras/luxuries on top of that!
