after thinking about Springer's comments about the punctuation, I think it must use the comma's in a list. Like this....

ATS,BTS,AP and the ideation of a ecosystem.

It doesn't help with the hyphen, just throwing ideas out there.

Yeah, that could be.

"Continually evolving user-ecosystem" could be where the dash is.

And forgive me, I should of said AP, not PTS.

Hey I welcomed him..and answered all of his posts...hasn't helped me at all.
But I just sent him a u2u...
We will see if he responds.

I hope they'll let us know if ATS, BTS and AP are correct. That takes care of 8 words plus the commas.

Since we were told to "study the clues" I went back to page one and have been looking for things we might have missed. I'm only up to page 34 at the moment and the only thing I've found of note is this post by Springer. He makes a quote of something he wrote previously and it includes the word ideation. I think there might be more clues in there as to what some of the words are, or at least the general idea of what the phrase should be.

I'm going back to hunt for more clues. There has to be something that we overlooked somewhere.
