UFO skyhealers/time menders?

A theory ive entertained for a while is the connection between the crafts we've seen on youtube vids going into water and blinking in/out in the sky.

From that my base theory is that they are fixing our mistakes, and possibly the mistakes from that which brought us here long ago?

Is it possible they are creatures with an advanced understanding enough to do such things? Create clouds for instance without haarp or chemicals?
Could they do this in between dimensions, times?
