Dr. Persinger's Warning

Yes, the famous Herr Doktor himself recieved something of interest today. It was a warning about a magnetic pulse in the next 24-48 hours, issued by the NOAA.

He said the following:

a) due to geomagnetic intereference, paranormal events will decrease
(see- Ullman studies)
b) There is an increased chance of aviation electronic failure
c) people with epilepsy will ahve an increased chance of seizure. People with high creativity will be positively influenced.
