I can't find much of ufo's but bits and pieces.Surfing through declassified military websites.

Can anyone tell me about sightings in 1983?

Or maybe what this paper is reffering to.

Read the edit tag, it was obviously a big quote. Instead, you should quote a paragraph, and provide a link to the rest of the text. Basic netiquette, not "disinfo"...

Why do you need the military to tell you anything about UFOs?

A fairly good summary of hum drum boring reports written up
in newspaper reports from 1945 to 1995 are in a book called
UFOs Are Man Made.

That is original evidence and circulating it through anything comes out
dis information.

View the many ball lightning craft seen in NASA videos.

The black areas are the reverse lightning, taking light away with
high electric force.

Perhaps normal lightning on the clouds is interesting as it forms
an ever expanding ring and disk of light on the clouds.

Any thoughts on that phenomena?
