The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has gone to many strange places in its search for ways to identify terrorists before they attack, but perhaps none stranger than this lab on the outskirts of Russia's capital. The institute has for years served as the center of an obscure field of human behavior study -- dubbed psychoecology -- that traces it roots back to Soviet-era mind control research.

According to the article, Russia has developed a computer program that can tell the difference between an innocent citizen and a terrorist.

The subject looks at a computer screen that shows images, but also contains subliminal images, the subjects response to the image can tell the difference between an innocent person and a terrorist, so they say.

They say it could be used at airports for screening passengers.

I SURELY don't want to be tested like this by the government to see if I'm a terrorist. This is WAY OUT THERE in my book.
