How do you keep a moron in suspense...?
Seriously tho, I think the answer was given. The IAEA talks wrapped up yesterday and apparently much was resolved. This whole thing was taken
out of context and blown out of proportion by the wishful thinking of Western couch 'n keyboard warmongers.

Hey, I am VERY anti "bomb Iran". Still at the same time, I think they know what they are dealing with when it comes to the US's provocations and
just think it stupid for them to even acknowledge it at all.
Would it not be smart for Iran to just shut up, wait for this horrible time in history to pass, and stop talking about nuclear this, nuclear that, and
just wait til the US stops looking for reasons to start as many wars as possible?

Sure, it would be the smart move.
Unfortunately, Iran is also led by ideologically deluded idiots, just like the US

Why should Iran be forced to abandon it's nuclear power development that it has invested so much in? Why should their leadership walk on eggshells in
the fear of what US media will distort and report?
The truth is that no matter what they say or do, the US administration will trump up charges to justify the further abuse.

[removed quote of entire previous post]
I am pretty sure they aren't scared of the Israelis.
'Officially' they don't even have a nuclear program, which of course is complete and utter nonsense.
The Iranians may be a little wary of Israel's number one supporter, 'America the beautiful.'
Time and time again the West confronts Iran and they haven't really backed down since. They might not have the military power we do, but we are so
bogged down right now in foreign wars that it wouldn't take much to destroy our ground forces.

Back to the topic at hand. Where is their so-called response? This is twice now at least-last Aug 22nd when nothing happend and now Oct 12 and nothing
happened. Do they just have a serious case of diarrhea of the mouth?

It was just some quote from a minor bureaucrat taken out of context by a media entity trying to make money off war fever.
There was never anything big scheduled for the 12th, just the rally the bureaucrat was trying to promote in the first place.
The "final answer" was the rally itself.
Hyperbole is apparently as common in Iranian government nonsense as it is in most governments' nonsense.
