Please allow me to point out some positive truths about my homeland....

I was born and raised in the USA and I don't have a problem with this country or it's current foreign policy at all. I am proud of our nations achievements in every field. As far as what the US is doing to feed and medicate the world, we are unmatched. I will look for links to back that up but it is common knowledge that we feed the world. We produce more food and medicine than any country out there. We also produce the best weapons such as warplanes and missiles. We also are the only country with a reusable space vehicle. We have a great history of bailing out countrys and continents threatened by hostile governments. We supplied Europe with weapons and men to win two world wars. We also rebuilt Europe after both world wars. What have we done lately? We continue to support peace in Europe (where you are) with NATO.

I hope that you take these things into consideration and please don't be offended by my love for my country.

look people, america is, what, 200 years old? the city in which i live in is 900 years old. so are most of the cities and countries in europe, as well as the rest of the world. even older.

so the usa is a child, basically, the country lacks the traditions and the experience of age that everybody else got a long time ago, and that explains its inability to get along with the rest of the world. nobody is denying all the things that america gave to the rest of us, and that a nation so young developed so quickly is really fascinating. but obviously, it was too fast for their own good...

also, israel declared its "independance" in 1948. that was 59 years ago! so that country is even younger... no wonder usa and israel stick together.

the point is, europe learned. europe learned from all the wars throughout our history, and now the countries are uniting, borders are no longer important, the nations are working together, and that really is something.

america has yet to learn.

and they will have to learn the hard way, as the rest of us.

Someone (I am sorry I can't remember who) once said that you can tell how great a country is by looking to see how many people are trying to get out vs. how many are trying to get in. Glean from this what you want but I think it says volumes about our great country of USA

Russia and China are powerful, and combine could be a serious threat to the USA, I'm surprised the shrub has not threatened them as well. I am an American, and a Marine, and I don't care for shrub at all. What the rest of the world has to remember is he was NOT elected lawfully, and he is only as good as his ADVISERS, (most of which are apparently of the Jewish faith) If the USA was one fifth the size it is there would have been an uprising already.

Unfortunately it's not a small country, so Movement on a massive scale is not easy hidden.

personally I think it is Israel that should be nuked, as a first step, then the rest of the mideast, they would end the Oil dependence of the planet, we would survive and find other means for energy (like hemp oil as an example).

If, as some of you espouse, you are so concerned with the mothers and fathers and children dying, why are you not helping the inner cities of America? 1000's a day are dying there, yet you "hate" us. what hypocrisy that is, where was your concern during the watts riots of the 60's..

How much help did you provide after Katrina? Amazing how little help you gave to the survivors of the 9-11-01 attacks.

Honestly, we don't want to mow your lawn, but if you wont mow it, some one has to remove the eyesore. if you would take matters in your own hands, we wouldn't have had to in the first place.

You should be storming you own Governments and over throwing them for allowing things to get this bad to begin with.

we are cleaning up a cancer that has been festering for a LONG time. shame on you all for letting the cancer spread. I am not happy about either, but it was not "just" the USA that allowed it to happen.

BTW Vix, Vietnam was Political combat not a "war". You might want to read up on why we lost, is was not superior tactics, it was poor leadership. (just like now)

Your country is in Europe? If so, you country would have been over run by Germany if it hadn't been for the USA. I don't say this to be a smart butt. It is just the truth. The ages you mentioned would have stopped in the forties if it wasn't the USA....

and yes, i thought like you in former days. i was an exchange student but unfortunately.. i made it to nebraska.. and well, i think there are many many different places in the USA as there is anywhere in the world a different language, slang or behaving. just drive 100 miles, the people are differnt. so i can not say much about the american joe.
but this is not anything about/against the american people. it is against those politicians. and here, in germany, it is so damn bad as well..the only difference is, that the politicians in germany just do what "OUR FRIENDS" tell us to do. and the politicians in america just tell their "LEAGUE OF THE WILLING" what to do.
anyway, the regime today in america is as bad as the 3rd reich.

When I first read this I figured it was just trolling for points. After rereading it, I am sure it is just trolling for points.

But, hypothetically, and to donate points to the troll, I will say that you must be insanely naive and absolutely without perspective. First thing I would suggest you do is go read some real history on Adolf Hitler. If Hitler had developed the bomb first it is likely we would all be speaking German. Intrinsically there is nothing wrong with that, but I am not quite limber enough to do a proper goose-step.

Next up, you think no one should have nuclear bombs and the alternate is for everyone to? Man, that is some messed up thinking. That is like saying, I think no one should kill anybody else, but since that isn't happening, everyone should just kill whoever they want to. Please get therapy. That is anti-social in the extreme.

Finally, please, for the love of God (Allah, Buddah, Britney Spears or whatever you hold dear), please try and get some perspective on the world. The US isn't perfect, but it we are going to condemn an entire nation for imperfection then there will be no one left but the cockroaches.
