hate to be a skeptic but arnt aliens more advanced then us so why is that implant the size of a thumbnail? and the pixelization of the implant looks like it was cut and pasted.

that pic just isnt a clean thumb cut, ripped off somewhere else probably FHM :X
if you did that then you really gotta learn how to use a knife or something.
the 'implant' looks photoshopped in
