Hi Kal, Thanks also for you historical contribution, makes a lot of sense!

I just can't see how their weak economies contribute to increased terrorism and militarism. Arabs historically have lived very basic lives except in developed urban centers. So now when many of them have huge oil incomes they become more militant and aggressive? Military action costs big bucks! Couldn't that be better used peacefully in the civilian sector? Where is the reason there?

These people may appear to be contributing to science as you say they are but for some unforeseen reason they are not following through as both you and I might expect.

They are holding back.

What type of contribution is this?
Why so selective in their treatment? Why?
Is this what you want?
