Ah, ok i think i see what you mean. Its just a mountainous region. At one point in time some of these moons around Saturn and also Jupiter were sort of volcanic, and with volcanic phenomenen you do get uplift. Sorry I cant answer that very well, but someone else maybe able to help. Also you should check Jupiters moon Io, I think that has active volcanoes on it

thats a interesting theory i know there was a theory going around that our moon might have a molten core which at some point in time might have been active

Those mountains around its equator really is something! Incredible pictures, But I wonder what created those mountains like that?

The volcano explanation just doesn't cut it for me :/
