I'd like to see a little "debt" clock of how much the government is spending babysitting an elderly couple who just wants to be left alone increasing minute after minute day after day.

When they finally spend as much as they claim the Browns "owe" will they leave the Browns alone or will they charge the Browns the expense of government stupidity?

Lets see, since both Maine and Mass. troopers are involved in this weve got starting salaries for Mass and NH troopers at 38K and Maine troopers at 34K.

IRS and ATF special agents start at about 45K and get an extra 25% LEAP pay for law enforcement duty and overtime.

State/LE helicopters cost about 2K/hour to fly.

And all of this has been going on for over 6 months now?

Good times. This waste should be enough to get everyone to stop paying taxes. You guys do realize that property tax means we never own our land which means we're all just sharecroppers under a feudal system, dont'cha?
