I've had 1 cousin that seen one go passed his window with a hat on a long time ago, and I overheard my lil cousin that is only 10 last week mentioning that her and her cat see shadows that move to my kids, I'm wondering if it runs in the family!

I asked her what it looked like, and she said it looked cloaked!
The one I saw was cloaked also!
