If 9/11 didn't happen, would we still have invaded Iraq?

Would the missing Weapons of Mass Destruction issue have come up anyway where this alone would have allowed Bush congressional support to invade Iraq?

No 9/11=no afghanistan, no afghanistan=no iraq... thats how I think


But if it wasnt 9/11 it would be 8/23 or something different so whatever

That's what I thought because Richard Clarke said that Afghanistan and Iraq were already on the table before 9/11 but no doubt they would have created some kind of false flag event to move things along.
