as it shows above type this in google and you should be capable to see though cctv cameras i do not know were this goes ir if it is already on here but i found it anyway on some of these u can control the movement of the cameras pretty sweet this is

I tend to be a bit of a worry wart when it comes to viewing such things on the internet.. Can your IP be traced from this, and if so is there any legal issues behind it?

These are all indexed by google. So I'd say you have nothing to be worried about.
And you IP can be traced by any site you go to by the webmaster. Just a FYI.
