Could the disrupted Israeli Airstrike over Syria be connected to That Nuclear-Armed B-52

I believe they both occurred on Aug 30. Was this it, was there going to be a Nuke attack against Iran foiled by Syria? Was there to be a joint attack against Iran from the US and Israel?
