I ate Mexican last night with lots of onions, I'd say we are at DEFCOM 4.
I did Jumbalia two years ago and it was a fiver. Nearly killed a guy at the spybar.

So about this DEFCON 3 thing... have we confirmed the current DEFCON level yet? And would anyone like to elaborate on what "going to DEFCON 3" really means for the public? What happens at the military level? The executive/legislative/judicial levels? Are there any legal caveats or special powers enacted?
