Ya i too thought it was a little weird.I actually was waiting for him to announce war with Iran lol.This speach seemed extra somber even though it was good news,why?

I why would he be so somber announcing the surge has worked and its time to start bringing our troops home?I can't put my finger on it but i did notice he mentioned Iran 4 times and Syria once.
