More than half the suicide bombers used by the Taleban to launch attacks in Afghanistan are not Afghan nationals, the United Nations says in a report.

Do suicide bombers who fail to kill themselves automatically forfeit any rights they have ?
The coalition needs devote more resources to Southern Afghanistan so that the amount of Opium being grown can be reduced and the enemy defeated. The coalition also needs to expand its operations into the tribal regions of Pakistan. The enemy must always be under pressure and have no haven where they can retreat to.
