How is it that the CIA obtained this video in advance and was able to issue a transliterated transcript of the text of the bin Laden speech dated prior to the announcement of its existence by As-Sahab?

I've no idea when the video was really announced... but the 2 copies of the transcript I have are both marked 20070906 and 9/6/07.
