Do ghosts exist or are they caused by nature.

I pretty sure ghosts exist, but i have also heard that

A ghosts are a dillusion

B ghosts are caused by electro magnetic forces

C people are to imaginitve

D There is so much we don't understand about pysics and alternate dimension( deep space probes have shown we are part of a multiverse and just a version of a deminsion in our universe ) and ghosts are part of it.

Any thoughts?

e) ghosts are spirits of dead people

f) another theory not yet discussed

g) all of the above.

I believe they are a mixture off all the things said above and

h Ghosts are fiction created by people who want to make themselves popular.

For what they really are, we maybe right next door to understanding them or we don't have any clue.

different ghosts = different causes

from descriptions of ghosts, it seems they are quite different..
you have your violent evil poltergeists,

your unassuming hauntings (same thing/sighting over and over again)

then you have the ghosts that interact or try to interact with people.

being that they are so diverse, their origins should be just as diverse.

Ok firstly assuming we're talking about "real" ghosts and not just the situation where You go into a dark old house and she an odd shadow. Then I have to go with d) and e).
I tend to believe that everything has an explaination in science it's just that with many things (magick, ouiji, etc) we havent worked out what that science is yet.

Yup, I gotta agree with Feygan and go for a combination of D and E. This world we're in is for the living - the dead belong elsewhere. I'd go into dimensional theory etc to explain further and back myself up, but I just did a post on that in 'Ghosts explained through Physics' lol. What can I say; it's a Sunday

I have to go with all of the above, plus some more things, like UFOs I dont think one explaination covers them all.
