Where, for the love of god is Really above top secret ? I cannot find a link to get into it anywhere.On the old site it was right there on the front page.

It's in the Conspiracy Discussion Forums on ATS, R.A.T.S. Go to ATS Board home, you'll see it under Resources & Uploads.

Have you paid for access, though? Probably, since you know what it is and all ...
