Will Africa/Middle East be the new home of NWO?

Does anyone think its possible that the entire Africa & Middle East are being prepped for take over as the NWO's new home?

They are systematically destroying the civilizations by virus's, war, economic and everything else along with it. With the vast size and massive amount of resources between Africa and the middle east it would seem natural that everything up until this point has remained virtually untouched as compared to the rest of the modern countries.

Also the amount of historical value between the two countries is endless and it has been stated that human life first began in africa/middle east.

If you take a look at the circled part of the map I provided above you can see how having a home base there gives them a chance to look over the rest of the world and be right in the middle of everything.

Crazy or possible?
