Surprise surprise, of course there isnt going to be any 'public' missle treaty agreement in at APEC. Correct me if Im wrong but this is a econic meeting. They both have to beat it up a bit first, so it shows how great each of these president are.

Also, Im sure Bush and Putin would like to enjoy a tax funded shindig in each others countries first. These things dont happen overnight. - Another Vodka with that Burger thanks
