There is another way of understanding what is going on.

It has to do with the term Punctuated Equilibrium in relation to Evolutionary Theory.

In context we have in history many, many accounts related to individuals that look human in terms of appearance. But in relation to what Ancient defined as advanced enough in respect to there comprehension as God in relation to their respective cultures.

Punctuated Equilibrium relates to the conclusion that there are evolutionary spurts that results in a favorable Mutations.

Its to say that once there existed only flightless birds but instead of a slow progression to birds capable of flight. Birds started being born that could fly from one generation to the next. This is a response to the matter of "Missing Link", in relation to why in fossil records we cannot find animals that present such a slow development as in related to in the conservative perspective.

Its to say that Jesus Christ was the result of this situation and his orientation to reality that allowed him the ability to do. What Those present stated he did was the result of him being of a more advanced species of human. In relation to the idea that human evolution. Will allow for consciousness to develop to the point that such as the Perspective that is the Consciousness of Jesus Christ. Is some equivalent, to what the entire human race with be like in say a billion years, roughly speaking.

Under such circumstances these individuals would relate to their surrounding to the extent they we able to due to the conditions. While they would be in all likelihood really intelligent the limitations of the society they exited in, would have an effect upon how they related to their surroundings.

Cool thread and website link.

Religions are full of violence! I try to tell my friends and family that (when a religious discussion comes up) but they bury their head into the sand.

People like to believe in a fantasy that makes them feel good. Ignorance is bliss!
