Stanton Freidman is a big fraud

I don't know if you've ever heard where the man apparently got his "nuclear physicist" degree, but ask him sometime....the man inflames me everytime GN or anyone else takes him seriously.

I dont think your post really proves he's a fraud, but rather that you dont like him. Mind you, I dont care one way or the other as I have no opinion on him.

If you have some info, out with it. So where'd he get his degree? If you know.

my point exactly...as far as I know it does not exist. BUT, if anyone can prove it to me, feel free to go ahead.

That's a pretty rough assessment to be throwing out there without any sort of evidence. Being as how not many of us are likely to meet him, do you plan on posting some kind of back up for your views or are you just randomly slandering him?

Stanton Friedman spent two years at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey before switching to the University of Chicago in 1953. He received BS and MS degrees in Physics from UC in 1955 and 1956, where Carl Sagan was a classmate. Stanton is probably THE most respected and credentialed ufologist we have fighting for us today. It seems that literally ANY ufologist's integrity and credentials can come under attack nowadays.

Stanton is a good guy, and a heck of a smart dude-period.

Even John, who was a friend of Bill's was named. I remember many Ufologists saying that Bill made a lot of things up, and when his credibility came into question, he started doing things like this.

Thought I read it all here (skeptics) but perhaps not. Going back twenty years after Ufology originators such as Major Keyhoe, James E. McDonald and J Allan Hynek.
Stanton Friedman was one of the first to cross the ground saying Flying Saucers are real and information about them is being repressed by the government.

He's one of the main reasons I continued looking for answers and I believe he's one of the main reasons many with high academic credentials came out since. Else the UFO/EBE information so commonly available now from both witnesses and researchers well might have been smothered up by the NSA and OSI...

I really don't think Stanton Friedman is in anyway a Fraud. Suggest you read his books.

I have to wonder how much you have talked to him face to face or even on the phone. I'd wager, not at all.

I have talked to him at some length several times face to face over a long weekend.

The US Government saw fit to give him a very high clearance and employ him in some very tricky nuclear engine research and technologies for . . . I forget 15 years or so . . . perhaps through Westinghouse, I forget.

His technical credentials stand up well above anyone else's I've EVER listened to in the whole field. He is exceedingly LOGICAL, PRACTICAL, DOWN TO EARTH, REALISTIC, FACT BASED, EMPIRICALLY BASED ETC. He ties the rest of the pack in knots with half his brain tied behind his back.

He's witty, humorous and just plain fun to be around and to listen to.

As a psychologist, I find him exceedingly authentic, honest, candid, grounded, balanced, perceptive and not overly given to putting up easily with fools . . . yet somehow tends to come off many times MORE gracious than the other person.

As a psychologist, your diatribe against him tells me a LOT more about you than it does about him.

Well Bill Cooper was murdered, Stanton is still walking around. I doubt Cooper was anything but a patriot.

I've always considered such highly plausible if not probable--especially for some of said list.

It's even plausible for Stanton Friedman.

The globalists etc. have their hooks and branwashed minions everywhere trotting out all kinds of reasons to go with their agenda.

I still contend that Stanton Friedman is one of the more honorable characters I've ran across in the field. It would not shocke me to learn he was knowingly complicit in furthering globalist's goals. But it would be sad.

Stanton Freidman is one of the best UFO researchers in the field, his reputation is impeccable. Although i dont agree with EVERYTHING he says, i do think that if it wasnt for him, we wouldnt be where we are in ufo investigations.

I've shared many e-mails and spoken with Stan Friedman on several occasions. I've also been reading and researching the topics of his own work for many, many years.

In all the time I've know him, I've never heard him once utter even the slightest exaggeration, much less an untruth. He seems to me to be one of the most trustworthy, articulate, and credible UFOlogists among a crowded field of so-called experts, many of whom are un-credentialed, self-anointed pundits clearly and consistently giving the study and science of UFOlogy a black eye by the media, the public, and the government.

As for Friedman's scholastic achievements, all I can say is that he really added to his dignity when I once referred to him as "Dr. Friedman". He immediately corrected me, saying that although he is a nuclear physicist, he holds no PhD, and so is just Mr. Friedman, or preferably, just "Stan".

Nevertheless, he is far more learned and erudite about the subject than a whole slew of others that you may wish to chastise here: Try Billy Meir, the "prophet" Yahweh, or an incredibly disillusioning array of obvious frauds out there.

I just don't understand why you chose this man to berate of all the other obvious choices out there. Read a few of his books. Write to him. Talk to him. He's quite approachable and very personable - not to mention that he carries around warehouse full of UFO and conspiracy knowledge in his head.

We need guys like Stan Friedman. What I'm ashamed for is the OP...
