HAARP help!!

In another post I was looking for links for the thermobaric bomb for a technology essay. I have since then changed my mind and have decided to write my paper on HAARP. First I must ask if u think I can write a 7 page essay on HAARP and if you could please supply some sites for me with lots of info, that would be very helpful. I'm too busy with other schoolwork to browse for sites on my own.

For a school paper I'd stick to facts rather than conjecture and xonspiracy theory...
