I don't think the Packers are enough of a threat to go deep to have anyone really worry about it. Even if their receivers are capable, Favre's strong suit isn't completing the deep pass. Oh his arm's strong enough, but his accuracy on the long ball is suspect at best. Now it's possible to chuck a short one and have one of those guys turn it into a long gain, but in terms of a 50+ yard strike? No, when playing the Packers that's not a big concern.

Just for the record...

I don't think anyone needs to hurry to submit picks (as long as they are posted before games start), just as long as we all use the same line.

Me, I want to see some injury reports before committing.

OK, I'm ready for a better week. Can get much worse than last week.
