The US military and their missions – invading and occupying foreign countries and engaging in high altitude bombing and urban counter-insurgency operations that kill many many civilians – has brought FAR more fear than hope, delivered FAR more violence than justice, and has created an almost unheard of level of anti-American sentiment in the Islamic world and beyond that has actually made America less secure.

So you actually have nothing to be proud of. Nor do the actual soldiers there, unfortunately (they're just puppets and bodybag fillers to the Bush Administration, who won't even attend or SHOW servicemen's remains being returned to US soil).

Proof? I'm in the friggin army over here working along side 4th ID. What do you want me to do email an AAR? (after action review) 22 attacks a day. That don't mean anything to you? Do you know what the SOP(standard operating procedure) for when a convoy gets attacked is? Keep driving don't return fire unless you can positivly identify attacker. Which is never cause they attack with IEDs. I've watched people die and we never got a chance to shoot back. How is that differen't from the video?

That video isn't combat. It's a turkeyshoot. Did the Apache take any incoming fire at all? Was this "tube" even pointed at them? What kind of a military operation consists of three guys in a wide open field with POSSIBLY one rpg launcher?

If this was the USA, and the helicopter opened fire on three Americans in a field because they seemed to possibly have an rpg, believe that Army heads would roll.

But I guess that just shows the institutional racism that goes on.

These, after all, were only Iraqis, right? They're not as important as US soldiers, who are God's Chosen Killers. Our Good Little Boys, who are only following orders.

And before someone slams me for not showing proper respect for US soldiers in Iraq, I'm not American so I honestly don't care too much, nor do I have to. You join the Army, you hope you can help your country and you hope you won't get killed. Dem's the rules. To be honest with you; no there is no peace here. We got mortered last night and shots have already been fired tonight. Since saddam was caught the attacks have really stepped up. Another thing the media doesn't say anything about. Ya'll have to understand that alot of us don't agree with bush, but we had no choice in coming out here. And we don't fight for him. We fight for each other. Cause it's us thats getting killed not him. So the american word over here is not good, but we are doing our best.

Baghdad is very messed up right now but it is getting better for the people little by little.

These Iraqies were killed because they were followed for 30 minutes prior to being killed by the 30mm chain gun . From a mile away these pilots were watching this unfold. Do not believe for one second that they (the pilots) will just arbitrairly open up with a 30mm chain gun on innocent people on purpose. These guys (the smugglers) deserved everybit of what they got they were smuggling guns and doing bad evil things that directly threatned the U.S soliders in Iraq. That right there is enough to get your freaking head blown off. Don't do the crime if you can't pay the time. These guys should have not been involved in smuggling guns if they didnt want to take the risk, these smugglers are not as dumb as you might think. They know what the risks are. They took the risk and payed the ultimate price. One day they will understand that.

I will let u know that Dearborn, MICHIGAN is the largest city of Arabic Americans in th United states of America.

I go to Wayne State University and am part of discussion groups. Dearborn is about 35 minutes drive from my school and hence my large base of muslim/ Arabic American Friends from the Middle East.

These friends of mine have alot of family out in Iraq and especially baghdad.

You label me with knowledge aquired from American Bias television. That is not the case.

I would like to know of any sourses you have from Iraq on the situation there besides your "CANADIAN BIASED TELEVISION".
