You can hear this message only if you're under 30

Wow. Just wow.

I found this paper on the evolution of CYOPSin the electronic age, as was highlighted in the Israeli/Hezbollah war, and the new tactics that are being used, some which are "theorhetical" (yeah, right), are jaw-dropping.

Some of the more interesting CYOPS programs are updating the traditional battlefield loudspeaker psychological messages with ones that can only be heard in a frequency that anyone over the age of 30 is unable to hear!

Or even more interesting is the "psycho viruses" program by the Russians in the 1990s:

The Russians have been leaders in this category.
Analyst S. P. Rastorguyev, for example, began writing openly about this subject in the 1990s at the behest of the Russian Security Council. His task was to develop algorithms that would put suggestive influences into human heads via words or sound. These influences were known as “psycho viruses.”

Other writers, both in China and Russia, have discussed putting frequencies into computer programs or conducting other activities that would affect the “headware” (neurons) of a user. In the journal Contemporary Navy, the Chinese described efforts at conducting mind control, using telepathy, and using secondary sound waves in the 3-17 Hz
range, that allegedly shut down a human’s ability to function. This article also described use of blinding lasers, weapons of sound, holograms, and “camouflage by transfiguration.” Elements of this type of CYOP (especially the use of a sound wave weapon) would be instantly debilitating. They would challenge your ability to continue functioning as
a human.

Using telepathy?! Wow!

Also, and here's the implications for Abovetopsecret.com, the report has a picture of a soldier who apparently -- as part of his duty -- is writing a blog for CYOPS.

Have you heard about the Mosquito ultrasonic youth deterrent? here

I know it's not really the same - but this version is already being used outside shops and youth centres to stop louts hanging around - not experienced it my self, but it would be interesting, I've been told my hearing is exceptional, I also have severe tinitus and certain noises prob like this one have been known to make me physically ill.

I'd probably go berserk if someone was pumping CYOPS messages into me noggin - but then again that is prob the point

Tried opening the link that you supplied, the one for the paper on the cyops. The PDF opens, but it's blank. I'll try it again later. Anyone else having same issue?
