The BBC is reporting The British Phonographic Industry is going to follow the example of the RIAA and start suing people who share music files online despite evidence that shows that filesharers buy more CD's than normal people.
 

"The threat is all part of the ongoing attempt to perpetuate the belief that declining sales of CDs are due to the widespread copying of unlicensed MP3 files."
