governemnt steals money from tsunami victims

during the Tsunami in 2004, over 7 billion dollars was sent to the redcross down there. None if it made it to the people, what happened to this money.

I mean here is a video of what one man did with $100,000 down there were the tsunami stuck...with only 100,000 grand he cleared contaminated water spots, gave people new cloths, gave hospitals new equipment, and helped the general population with only 100,000 grand and just think of what 7 billion dollars could do. The Red Cross didn't do anything neither did the government down there...NOTHING


Where did this money go, it os obvious the government put it into war related stuff.
