Daylight UFO's In Manilla

Interesting video of several UFO's hovering low over Manilla. Anyone have any ideas about this one?

They are 100% stationary and identical. Either they are reflections of lamps in the room reflecting off the window out which the photographer was shooting. (Background noise might indicate a restaurant.) or it's an intentional and very poor fake. The UFOs look painted onto the sky. I vote for the lamp theory. You can see the shades and the light bulbs sticking out partly beneath the shades all in a perfect row just as you would expect in a large room.

Yup... looks like a reflection from a strip of recessed lighting. You can see the end of the window's reflection on the left... when the video pans that way.

Totally looks like interior lighting reflected on the window.
