Eta blamed for Spanish car bomb

news.bbc.co.uk

A car bomb has exploded in the city of Durango in Spain's Basque country, lightly wounding two policemen.

No-one has admitted carrying out the attack, but officials have blamed the Basque separatist group Eta which called off a ceasefire in June.

It seems the Basque separatists have once again used terrorism to continue their political campaign.

Banning political Basque parties have resulted in ETA calling off peace talks with the Spanish government. The Basque people are becoming more alienated. However, the Spanish government will restart peace talks in order to end the terrorist violence.

A second car bomb exploded in nearby Amorebieta about one hour later.

Hi

I am spanish and my family has many Basque in it I think ETA should be dealt wilt Franco style.

In the last 3 weeks I have been here there has been like 6 of these acts.

The Basque region has a population of 2,589,000 without the French Basque.

FYI those 2,5 million are not related to ETA many outsiders think that all people living in the Basque regions want to be separatist. It´s such a small minority but a very rich one.
The region almost has no more big companies due to extorsion and so on.
it´s a shame the Basque region is awesome and their people are very nice and they have one of the best cuisine

But as some of you might know the basque people are strong, hard and very proud people they should be because it might be the that Basque are the oldest civilazation in the western world atleast.

Agur!

Hi

Yes 6.

Minor terrorist acts but still it counts.

Throwing molotov cocktails at banks that burned almost completly they did several in 1 night.
Throwing molotov cocktails at parked city busses.
Burning external cash machines of banks.
But normally nobody gets injured.
But on the TV they say the 2 guardia civils are doing fine.

Nando out!
