Elvira Arellano Says U.S. 'Broke The Law First'

Elvira Arellano is in Mexico now lobbying for Mexico to work out a better immigration plan with the US.

In her speech to the Mexican congress, she said the US broke the law first:

1) by letting illegal immigrants cross the border
2) by letting illegal immigrants pay taxes

Well, in my opinion SHE broke the law first by sneaking across the border. She was caught before and sent back to Mexico, just because you are able to sneak across the border, doesn't mean the US is letting you cross the border.

And for the second item, the US wasn't letting her pay taxes, she used a fake social security card to get a job and taxes were taken out accordingly, using a fake social security card is against the law, it is illegal.
If the US broke the law by letting her pay taxes, it was only after SHE broke the law by using a fake social security card to begin with!

What a WEAK argument she has!!

Did she even THINK about what she was saying!!
