White House Declares Itself Off-Limits

The Bush administration argued in court papers this week that the White House Office of Administration is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act as part of its effort to fend off a civil lawsuit seeking the release of internal documents about a large number of e-mails missing from White House servers.

The claim, made in a motion filed Tuesday by the Justice Department, is at odds with a depiction of the office on the White House's own Web site. As of yesterday,...

I have been saying for some time now that the bush minor administration will provoke a constituitional crisis before it's term is out, and that we will probably know the outlines of it before the year is up.

It has consistently pushed hard to position itself above laws that every administration since Nixon has abided... (willingly or not)...with.

Junior doesn't have the brains or imagination to take these stances... but we have to look no farther than Darth Cheney for it's source... the man is still fighting Watergate and the only thing that will prevent him from dragging bush minor down the same primrose path is the spinelessness of the Democratic congress.

Try as they may it is pathetic to watch invertebrates try and stand up.

AND I AM A DEMOCRAT TOO DAMN IT!!!
