New court document filed in the case (against Fla. State Rep Bob Allen, R) is a two-page report from Titusville Assistant Police Chief John Lau, who interviewed Allen after his July 11 arrest on a solicitation of prostitution charge. That interview was recorded and has previously been released.

Police say Allen, while in a Space View Park restroom, agreed to pay the undercover officer $20 for oral sex.

According to the report, Allen said he went to the bathroom to avoid a lightning storm that was about to start.
