Privatize the Exploration programs with NASA remaining as controlling and guiding organization.

I dont think the if we would privatize the space program and NASA leading would work here is why. NASA does not have the human resources nor the infrastructure to handle something like that. NASA'S infrastructure would have to be totaly revamped and built up again from the ground up. What they need to do is to form something now dont laugh something like Starfleet. Why because you have a goverment body you have a production body and scientific section and R&D and im sorry if I was pumping more money into NASA then the US goverment I would want a big say in whats going down.
