Bill Cooper, in his book, "Behold A Pale horse" mentions that the US give the aids virus to Africans in smallpox vaccinations late in 79. He said it was their way of decreasing the population, starting with undesirables.
I don't know how true this is, but it makes sense with respect to Africa's aids death rate. He also said they planted the virus in San Francisco's gay community as well.
This is about all I know on the subject of aids!
