Dulce Alien Wars?

Can anyone tell or direct me to info on the Dulce Alien wars? I know Dulce is an underground military base in new Mexico, but what alien wars?

I make no claims as to its authenticity but did find it interesting when I was researching Dulce info. I'm sure this is covered in the other threads that IronDogg referenced as well.
