1. The 'unproductive' third world is actually quite productive, so much so that in recent years it has been growing faster -- much faster -- than America.

2. The 'unproductive' third world, far from being a drain on American resources, receives next to nothing in assistance per capita from the world's richest country.

This means -- forgive me for spelling it out -- that the premise from which you launched your repulsive proposal is fallacious. I trust that is clear enough, even to you.
