9/11/07 - We Will Be Heard

I have a simple question for all the Bush haters, and 9/11 conspiracy theorists:

How is it that Bush, who by most claims is a "moron", masterminded the 9/11 attacks? Seems like a pretty intricate plan for a moron. So I'm curious, which is it? Moron, or Evil Genius?
