Post-Lunar Landing Pictures

I'm just curious, does anyone have a link, or know of any books or anything that has post-lunar landing pictures taken from earth or possibly from earth's orbit? I guess what I'm wondering is whether or not there are pictures of the US Flag, Lunar Rovers left on the Moon, the Lunar Lander parts that are left behind when they come home...etc...that are taken from earth...or whether or not that's even possible. I'd think there are camera's powerful enough to do that, but maybe I'm wrong...

Long story short, there are no pictures of US flags, lunar landing sites, Apollo LEM Descent Stages, etc. taken from either Earth or LEO. There's an ongoing discussion on this topic in the Moon Landing Conspiracy, with the LRO Accomplish anything? thread.
