Home Grown Terrorists May Be The Real Threat

New York - New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said homegrown terrorism is the number one threat to America today, even going so far as to call the Internet the "next Afghanistan" when it comes to terrorism.

Kelly's comments came at a news conference where the Commissioner revealed the results of a study conducted by the NYPD which looked into the outcome from cases over the last six years that revealed a real threat from homegrown terrorism particularly among disaffected immigrants,

I was a bit shocked when I first read this, but the story goes on to say that the threat is from disenchanted immigrants. I also think this could mean several different things. One that this may be used to make things more difficult for immigrants. Second that this may be used to further take away rights and freedoms.
