Antoine Prior� was not a scientist, just a radar technician, he was not able to scientifically explain the operating of his machine.
more, he never want to reveal the concept of his non scientific theory, he thought that scientists would have removed him from the project.

that's why his dicovery was never been official.
he died with his secret.

after, other scientists (public university of Bordeaux) tried to understand the machine, without any result.
So, the university finaly cut credits.

Now, some scientists, engineers and technicians have regrouped them in an associative structure with private credits.
Some positive results appeared.
