Hey Vixion,
I am assuming that there is some sarcasm. The fact that there was an IED next to a rail line targeting civilians is quite disturbing. Hopefully it's an isolated incident, and not the beginning of a new trend.
As far as the US going in and helping "in their business". 1st I think that's rash to even consider. 2nd with the tensions beginning to build between the USSR and the USA, I doub't Mr. Putin would welcome an American military presence on his home soil with open arms.
