What will Americans read now in supermarket check-out lines?
The Weekly World News, which set standards in bizarre tabloid journalism, will stop publishing this month. In other words, there's no point to
standing in line to buy groceries anymore.
The tabloid kept Americans "informed," more like entertained, for nearly 30 years. The News' niche was screaming headlines and stories about aliens
that kidnapped Elvis, or similar news that had to be respected only for the editors' and writers' lively and creative imaginations.

Well I haven't actually seen a print issue of one these in a long time, but I'm sad to see it go. It always provided a few laughs, especially when
someone posted something from it on ATS thinking it was a reliable source!
