Looks like a Flying Box Car Fuselage and Sikorsky top rotor.
I know Ive seen this before. Maybe Nasa or JPL has an image. Maybe even the gyro copter concepts but in 50's era airframes????

Its a McCulloch J-2 made in 1972. 46 aircraft this type were registered with FAA.
