bbc is reporting shots being fired in jerusalem with several people reported injured. its just breaking story now so i'll add more as they do

A Palestinian man has been shot and killed in Jerusalem's Old City after trying to seize a weapon from an Israeli security guard, police say.

Several other people were injured in the incident, some seriously.
